FREE RETURNS-within 30 days for a store credit or exchange

Careerbags covers the cost of return shipping if you wish to exchange your item for a product of equal value or greater. You may also opt for a store credit and we are happy to send you a special code for future purchases. Please let us know when you fill out the return request that you wish to exchange the item and we will prepare and send you a return label via email. If you use this label and opt for a store credit, we will cover the shipping costs. However, if you use this label and choose a refund to your credit card, a return shipping fee of the actual UPS charges will be deducted from your refund. You also may choose to return the item via any trackable shipping method at your own expense.
