Most orders received before 2:00pm Eastern Standard time are usually shipped the same day and orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day. If your order is for a SPECIAL occasion we will do our best to get your order out right away. Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt during weekdays, excluding holidays. All weekend orders will be processed on Monday. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via email of the expected delay or provide you with other options.

Flat Rate Shipping to Canada- We offer a flat rate fee of $22.95 to ship to Canada. This does not include Custom Fees, Duty or Taxes. This is the responsibility of the customer. If the customer refuses to pay brokerage fees and the product is retuned, shipping charges both ways will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
We use UPS and Fedex depending on the Vendor. We offers the option of Standard Ground Service or Next Day, Premium 2nd Day Air Service and Three Day Select.

Standard Service UPS Ground: 5-7 business days to the 48 Continental United States
2nd Day Air: 2-4 business days to the 48 Continental United States
3rd Day Select: 3-4 business days to the 48 Continental United States
STANDARD To Canada: 7-10 business days. Custom Fees and Duties are customerÕs responsibility.
USPS Priority International Shipping: Although USPS states 6-10 days, this does not include the time the package may sit in customs in your country.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on regular priced items, for whatever reason, you may return your unused product within 30 days. Your credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the product less the cost of shipping within 10 days from when we receive your return. NOTE: Sale Items and Monogrammed pieces are NOT returnable.
IMPORTANT... The number one reason for returns is because the size of your product is either smaller or larger than what the person expected it to be. Sometimes pictures do not accurately depict the size of a product, so please take a close look at the measurements of each piece and our "Try this bag on" option if available. Please read the following conditions:
- We will process your refund, credit or exchange less the actual invoice cost of outbound shipping within 30 business days of purchase.
- All returns must have a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the carton. This form can be found at the bottom of our Returns page. We suggest using U.P.S. or other carriers that can easily trace your shipment. If we do not receive the item, we cannot issue you a credit, exchange or refund.
- All returns must be unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original packing slip. *We reserve the right to inspect the product before full credit is given*
- Free returns apply only to a store credit for the purchase of another product of equal value or more.
