Mission: This website is designed and created out of my desire to encourage women to climb their career ladder; a place that women can find inspiration and motivation to achieve their career goals. I am proof that someone who started late in life and didn’t believe was smart enough to get a Bachelor’s degree let alone a Master’s, now holds an officer position in a company. Each of you has talents to share with the world so regardless of where you are in your life today, I hope you will strive towards your own dreams and goals and be a role model for other women including your friends and children.

While it’s important to spend time climbing the pink ladder, it is equally as important to take time to enjoy family and friends including giving back to the community. This site provides suggestions on how you can be a successful woman in business and still spend quality time with loved ones and support community projects.
